Return and Refund Policy

At Enmédalia , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our return policy:


🔄 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.


✅ Products Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn , in perfect condition, without any trace of wear (scratches, shocks, oxidation).
  • Be in its original sealed packaging (box, pouch, certificate of authenticity).
  • Do not present any missing items (accessories, warranty cards, etc.).
  • Be the subject of a return request within 14 days of receipt.

❌ Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Jewelry worn, tried on, handled, cleaned, soiled or damaged.
  • Earrings, piercings and contact jewelry (hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry (engravings, specific sizes, creations on demand).
  • Items on sale or on sale .
  • Any return not validated by customer service.

📩 Return Procedure

  1. To request a return : Send an email to contact@enmedalia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Validation by Enmédalia : You will receive a return authorization email within 48 hours if the conditions are met.
  3. Return shipping :
    • The product must be carefully packaged and protected.
    • Return costs are your responsibility with a mandatory tracking number .
    • The package must be returned within 5 days after acceptance, otherwise it will be refused.
    • Any return without prior validation will be refused and returned at your expense.

🔎 Refund or Exchange

  • Mandatory inspection upon receipt of return.
  • If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be made within 14 days on the initial payment method.
  • No refund of initial delivery charges.
  • If the jewelry does not meet the conditions, it will be returned immediately , without refund.

🔴 Anti-Abuse Policy

  • No refunds for products showing any signs of wear, handling or skin contact.
  • Any fraudulent return will result in immediate and final refusal.
  • Customers identified for return abuse will have their account blocked and future orders cancelled without notice .
  • Any attempted fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
